Step 1: Statement of intent (30th March 2013- 30th April 2013)
This phase of registration does not require any payments from the participants. The registrants are asked to declare their intent of participation, their expected delegation size and expected medical (or any other special) requirements for the duration of the tournament. At this point, you may register up to 3 teams. The information provided here is not binding but we strongly ask the participants to provide as much and as clear information as possible so that the preparation process is optimized for them.
Step 2: Submission of details (1st May 2013- 31st May 2013)
This phase of registration requires you to submit all details of participants and indemnity forms, with agreement to the code of conduct of the tournament. The team cap per school may increase depending on number of teams already registered. Please stay tuned for updates! Click here to download the submission of details form. Step 3: Payment (1st June 2013- 30th June 2013)
This is the final stage of the registration where participants are asked to send the rest of their payments and all the necessarry information remaining. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate any participant with any missing payments or missing necessarry information after this deadline. Any payment made during this phase is non-refundable.
